The InfoLine and Smart Money Concept indicator is an exceptionally useful tool that recognizes and outlines the chart structure. Moreover, it provides the most critical levels where investors and institutions enter with significant orders, influencing the markets. These levels are known as Order Blocks and Breaker Blocks.
Order Blocks are viewed as areas of demand and supply, while Breaker Blocks are seen as support and resistance zones. Each of these levels is of exceptional importance and could be beneficial in determining the trend and finding a good entry.
All of this is fantastic, but we have something to add. We would recommend paying particular attention to Breaker Blocks zones. Support and resistance zones are often extremely suitable for finding precise entries.
Seems easy, right? Well, there are a few nuances…
Market structure analysis is usually done on two timeframes. The larger timeframe determines the trend and trading direction (short or long), while the smaller timeframe provides a precise entry.
The good news is that the InfoLine and Smart Money Concept indicator draws the market structure on both timeframes simultaneously and displays them on one chart. This way, with just one glance, you can easily orient yourself and make a quick trading decision.
We refer to the smaller and larger timeframe as the CTF (Current TimeFrame) and HTF (High TimeFrame) respectively. Each of these timeframes has its specific Order Blocks and Breaker Blocks. One of our significant challenges was to create a light and easily understandable design that displays all the available information as simply and clearly as possible.
In the upcoming guides, we will explain in detail how to interpret the CTF, how to interpret information from the HTF, and the details in the design of all this.
Note: Keep in mind that no one, absolutely no one, can predict the price or direction of any instrument. InfoLine and Smart Money Concept are no exception - you will see for yourself that the indicator works wonderfully, but it is always good to be supported by fundamentals and in-depth knowledge of the instrument you are trading.
